For hair styling, I use brands such as Bed Head by TIGI, Redken, Shwarskopf (Osis), Oribe, Techni Art by l’Oréal, Klorane.

Do you work in a salon/at the client’s location?

Two options are possible. I adapt myself to the client’s comfort. If it is more convenient for you to come to the salon, I will welcome you at the beauty-coworking Le Loup in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. If not I am ready to come to your location in Paris or outside the city (some extra fees might be applied).

My photo shoot is scheduled very early in the morning, what time can we start my makeup/hair preparations?

Of course, I can accompany you throughout the day for touch-ups and/or changes at a rate of 100 euro/hour.

How should I prepare my skin and hair for our beauty appointment?

In most cases, all you need is clean, lightly moisturised skin and clean, blow-dried hair. I will also send you additional information if needed, taking into account your individual characteristics and the services you have chosen.

What is the difference between a bridal make-up and other types of makeup?

Essentially, bridal make-up can be considered as photo make-up. However, while in the case of photo make-up we are only interested in the result on the photos, in the case of bridal make-up, we are expecting to have a perfect visual image in real life too. On that day, the bride becomes the centre of attention, and it is important that she looks natural and fresh, not just in the photos. Therefore, the make-up artist must have a lot of experience and professional techniques to find the right balance between the necessary intensity, the colours appearing on the camera and the live make-up result perceived by the guests.

Bridal make-up is also a VIP service that will offer the bride a unique and memorable moment on her day. This service also includes a thorough preparation of the skin (I’m using two types of masks from luxury skincare brands) for a flawless complexion, work on the necklace zone/open back, false eyelashes, a small kit for make-up touch-ups during the day, and the possibility doing makeup in airbrush technique. The time of this make-up application is 45 – 90 min.

Whats is airbrush make-up?

Airbrush HD makeup provides flawless coverage that doesn’t look or feel caked on, even on problem skin…and the best part is, it lasts and lasts – even through the heat and all the tears, it offers up to 16 hours of wear!

It’s also highly hygienic, because spray technique allows the application without touching the skin with other applicators. This kind of makeup I recommend for an all-day perfect look and especially when you are taken on professional HD video.

Contraindication: facial fuzz.

What is included in the “groom’s beauty” service?

Makeup for the groom might seem like an odd request, but you’d be surprised at how easily redness, dark circles, last minute blemishes or uneven skin tone can be erased with the magic of makeup. And no one will even suspect he has any on!

These include: proper moisturization of skin, correcting dark under eye circles (if any) and skin redness, powder foundation for a more flawless look, male contouring, eyebrow gel. Hair modelling with wax/gel & hair spray.

What are the specifics of bridal hairstyling?

When it comes to bridal hairstyling, the hair is first worked on with the hairdryer using special styling products depending on the type of hair (curly, unruly, straight, thin, thick, Asian, etc.). This adds extra hold to any styling. Its creation also implies higher attention to details, in order to perfect the final result. Sophisticated hairstyles, work with extensions or long hair, accessories and veil fixation are also included in this type of service. The styling can take up to 2 hours.

How many guests besides the bride can you prepare on the same day?

It takes 1h 30 – 1h 45 hours to prepare a guest beauty, so it will depend on the schedule of the wedding day. For example, if the preparations start at 8am and the ceremony is scheduled for 5pm, I have time to prepare 3 guests and the bride.

I have a big wedding planned where there will be more than 3 guests to prepare. What can you suggest in this case?

For many years now, I have been working with a team of trusted professionals on big events, their highly qualified services allow me to recommend them without hesitation. Thus, depending on the request, it is possible to come as a team with 3 or 4 beauty specialists to prepare a large number of guests at the same time.

What is meant by the “bridesmaid’s package”?

When the bride’s services are booked, her guests can benefit from a reduced rate for their make-up and hair. This includes day or evening make-up, a light updo or hair styled down (curls, waves…), false eyelashes are also offered on request. The hairstyling is provided only on clean and already dry hair (for lengths of 10-12 cm and more). Blow-drying on wet hair, working with extensions or very long hair are extra costs. Preparation time 1h30-1h45 max.

My event will take place more than an hour away from Paris by car /outside France. Do you travel long distances or to other countries?

I travel anywhere in France and abroad, when the minimum amount of booked services is respected. Transport and accommodation costs are at the client’s charge. For distances of 500 km or more from Paris, an additional cost of 0.15 cents per km will be applied.

Where do the make-up/hairstyling courses take place?

The courses take place mainly in the beauty coworking called Le Loup, in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. It is possible to organise the course in another place that suits you, if appropriate conditions are available (good daylight, mirror, practical location in front of the light and the mirror). Travel outside Paris is on request and at an extra cost.

Do you provide models for professional make-up artists/hairdressers trainings?

Usually you are invited to find volunteer models by yourself, but I can help in this process by placing announcements on my social networks. I also have the possibility of inviting professional models for my students. In this case, an additional fee for the model is required. During the individual hairdressing courses, it is possible to work on training heads with natural hair.
